Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will support the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of AMT Group.  The Administrative Assistant provides organizational and administrative support to department(s) and its team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the Vice President and clients.

  • Arrange meeting and events and make travel arrangements

  • Support execution of in-house events including coordinating and informing staff of details of events, contract creation, floor planning, etc.

  • Coordinate print, online, and social media reach through various vendors, platforms and initiatives. Assist in social media strategies, scheduling of promotions and events through online vehicles and marketing projects as needed.

  • Utilize various types of productivity software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, marketing automation, calendar management, project management and presentation

  • Update and maintain databases/status reports to track prospects, clients and deal information for specific products.

  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of AMT Group and member companies.

Education / Experience:

  • High School Diploma / GED equivalent

  • At least five-years related work experience

  • Ability to work efficiently and flawlessly meeting deadlines

  • Strong written and communication skills; highly collaborative

  • Well organized; manage multiple projects simultaneously and attention to detail

 

Location

            This position will be based at our headquarters located in Creedmoor, NC.

 

Terms of employment

             This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position.   

 

Hours

            The general hours shall be Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position is full time, 40 hours per week.

             Work is regularly performed in an office environment.
